It used to be counted from continuous employment with the company. But in my opinion, since October 2006, it is the total length of service that is taken into account. And it is better to look in the legal program Consultant Plus

Depends on total length of service: total length of service less than 5 years - 60 from 5 to 8 years - 80 over 8 years - 100. The maximum monthly benefit from 01.01.2007 is 16,125 roubles.
