Not the thigh, but the hind or front ham, I take it on the bone? Then first you coat the ham with spices and salt, wait a couple hours to salt it, heat the oven, wrap it in foil and roast in the oven for a couple of hours, then take it out of the foil and cook it until it's crispy?

You marinate the pork - rub it with spices, scrape it with garlic, put it in the fridge overnight. Before baking you heat the oven on the highest heat, put the thigh there on a tray or in a form. From half an hour you do not reduce fire for formation of a crust - it will not allow juice to flow out and will make meat juicy. Then you turn down the heat and bring it to the readiness, depending on the size. When it's ready you pierce the meat with a knife, the juice should be clear.

Salt in broth for two days. Boil it by putting it into boiling water for one hour. Then coat with spices and bake in the oven without wrapping. Better yet, smoke it cold.
