Try to make cabbage like this: Boil it for 10 minutes in boiling water and make sure you rinse it. While it is boiling, finely chop onion and fry it, add 1 clove of garlic and all the spices you have. Stir it with the cabbage and a little vinegar and soy. Bon appetit?
