the procedure for granting vacations is well explained in Chapter 19 of the LC RF, where everything is described in detail and clearly that the employee does not take a vacation on time - it is the fault of the employer who allows such liberties. if the employer does not comply with the LC RF, what he wants from employees? the employer has no right to deny an employee a well earned vacation, although the benefit of these days off is not particularly clear, because the weekend is not paid but on the other hand when an employee must take them if they are going to quit e

leave must be granted annually. i.e. every working year!

No it is not permissible to have a leave of absence according to the labor code.
