Sometimes start talking about horses from afar. Start talking about the pros and some facts and don't have to beg her every day and tell her you want to go there so badly, just that you like horses and maybe she'll agree soon.

You need to figure out what the problem is: maybe mom won't have enough time to take her there, maybe it's financial because you have to pay for school, maybe you can't cope with school - and what extra lessons are there. When you understand, start helping your mom, and then start talking again. Learn to give something, not just give!
