What is optical zoom and what does it affect in the quality of your pictures? and got a better answer

Optical zoom is the zooming of the subject by moving the lenses inside the lens. With its help small details can be seen on the subject: the greater its magnitude, the larger the remote object Digital zoom is just a marketing gimmick, which makes no sense! it is not necessary to get carried away by optics with the big zoom for example 6 more, than 4 as even the best expensive lenses with the big zoom more than 4-5 already have problems with stability of characteristics at various focal lengths what to speak about cheap - less than $1000 should choose the zoom of the same producer with the maximum aperture and coef zooming to 4,5 Questions - in mail good luck?

The optical zoom is the zoom of the subject by moving the lens inside the lens. With it you can see the fine details on the subject: the greater its magnitude, the larger the distant object Digital zoom is just a marketing gimmick, which makes no sense! You should not get carried away with optics with a big zoom such as 6 more than 4 because even the best expensive lenses with big zoom 4-5 have problems with stability at different focal lengths. What about cheap ones - under 1000$ A zoom of the same manufacturer with maximum aperture and a zoom ratio of up to 4.5 should be chosen Good luck!

How much zoom can a camera do with lenses and optics without digital zoom interference. It might affect the pictures if you are shooting something far away!

Zooming is zooming, both when you take a picture and when you play it back. It has no effect on the quality of the picture but only on the size of the image.

digital zoom is a boulder: you can dissect and then cut out parts of the image and stretch it in any way you want. The ability of a lens to form a larger image on the sensor itself is identical to its ability to significantly increase its own focal length. Usually in inexpensive cameras they use 3-4x zoom - it's as if Zenit lens varies the focal length from 35mm Mir-1 to 105-140mm larger than Jupiter-9 and Jupiter-11 or -37 respectively. Lenses with a larger zoom ratio are more complex in design and therefore more expensive.

The optical zoom is needed to get closer to objects but don't use digital it's dumb.
