Law of RFO consumer protection law on consumer rights - Chapter II, article 20, paragraph 2. With regard to durable goods manufacturer, seller or authorized organization or an authorized individual entrepreneur must, at the presentation of a consumer specified requirement within three days to provide the consumer with a similar product for the period of repair without compensation, ensuring delivery at their own expense. The list of durable goods, to which this requirement does not apply, established by the Government of the Russian Federation, as revised by Federal Laws of 17.12.1999 N 212-FZ, of 21.12.2004 N 171-FZ P.S. Keep in mind that between the organization that sold you and the service center where you will repair your phone must be a service contract. Good luck!
