To the military registration and enlistment office you are obliged to come only on summons, no summons means you do nothing, you live your normal life, if by the time you are 27 years old they do not bring a summons, then you will receive a military ID when you enlist in the reserve.

At least calling your enlistment office and inquiring about the state of your affairs certainly won't make you break. I can assume that, seeing no prospects of recruitment for your person, the enlistment office simply put your case, as they say, in a long box. Remind them that you are still alive and want a logical conclusion to the whole process.
