The technique only works when negotiating with management or a senior HR manager! Not applicable to small companies. Bargaining. 1. Denote the profitability of this option by increasing the demonstration of the main useful skills there should be 3 - 4 and a clear demonstration of secondary useful skills 2. Denote that the proposal is also beneficial because your loyalty will be higher 3. You can add that you need the extra money for additional training, buying professional literature and generally growth that will be useful to this employer. - At smaller companies, it just won't work.

Bluntly advise.Ask him for the keys to the safe where the money is kept.
Prove to him that you are worth the money and not replaceable to him. I did, I have a lot more now.
We have an answer.
Yes, you're too rich. We wish we had salaries like that in the provinces.
Are you worth the money? If not, you should be happy with the money, but it's greed that kills a sucker!
Check out a couple of projects at work, go to your boss, talk about your successes and merits. There's no need to be flippant. The fact that you value yourself as an employee is fine.
Don't nada you, change jobs.
