Same as YOU. You are THO or you are God. If you exist in some sense, then. Do we need to go any further? The first statements are metaphysical in nature. I am not asking you to take my word for it. Don't believe it! Doubt! But trust the desires of your heart. You can check the correctness of the statement You are TO yourself by endlessly asking the question Who am I? Throw away all social roles, gender and biologic affiliation, all your and other people's ideas about yourself. Concentrate on your breath and experience unity with yourself, the REAL you.
