We have a bag in a bucket, I fill it and take it out, I remember not so long ago, the neighbors come out and stare - what's in the bucket, and in the bucket the dishes from alcohol, here and then, covered the newspaper, from the eyes of stray, and the car with trash came at 19 need to adjust.

I think it was because in the USSR there was a garbage truck which came in at a certain time, as I remember in the afternoon and in the evening, you had to take the trash out in time, trash garbage cans were not standing freely like now, you could take the trash out at any time of the day. And now the bins are free standing, please, pack your trash in a bag and dump it somewhere on your way out, which is very convenient now.
