my opinion, the worst cops are those from Moscow because they got greedy and want to grab more and more, and those from Chuvashia because they want to grab a bit more.

can only say good things about Vladimir cops, they don't charge more than 100 roubles for a fine, and in Sochi they took away my driver's license without charge, unlike their Moscow counterparts, they didn't charge more than 800 roubles and took away my driver's license from the traffic police.
