you are young and you have a possibility to go to a place where only English is spoken, buy a good dictionary and go.There go to a folk school in a group without Russians and if you want to learn English without speaking Russian, in two-three months you will speak English, but Russian communication, even Russian TV and cinema are contraindicated, you will not forget it anyway,
