Whatever the weather, plant tulip bulbs right away! I once planted them in the frost. Went to a seed store-bought a big bag of soil, came to the cottage, the water put on the heat. As heated, we poured a little bit of that earth from the bag, I spilled from a watering can a little bit, stuck these bulbs and immediately poured the rest of the soil from the bag. But on top we put insulation and sticks-bricks, so as not to carry away all this construction. And in early spring we came and took it all off. By May 1 we had a beauty! Well, tulip bulbs are not subject to any winter storage! Even if it froze a little, now there is still no 30 degree frosts, if the ground and froze, then on a small layer. Dig a trench at the bayonet of the shovel, if there is - fill the bottom with sand a little bit. No - and so will do, well-warm water a little bit the bottom of your trench, quickly ponatikayte those bulbs, fill with earth and warm up - or something to cover or poured cm with 10 earth, which will early spring and remove?

Plant. Sharpen the stick like a pencil and make wells at the right depth.SOW FASTER. Do not freeze. And until spring, store in newspapers in the refrigerator in the bottom drawer. Or in the basement. But it is necessary that not to rot. What region do you have.

So tulips or lilies? If the ground is not frozen heavily, pour warm water, cover with film, burlap, a little thaw - plant, if frozen so that it is impossible to plant - in the coolest place, if they start to sprout, plant as a bunting, bulbs will weaken, a year can then miss flowering, but will be alive.

Plant, you can do it in a greenhouse or in a pot and bury it in the garden

Tulips can be planted at soil temperatures as low as minus three degrees, mulched with peat after planting.

the main question is what is the condition of the soil in your garden? Can you dig it up and plant the bulbs, or not? The best way is to plant. If the ground is so frozen, that not only the hole dig, and not even a stake to hammer - try to fill a box sphagnum moss, such in flower stores sell, buried in the sphagnum bulbs and store in a cool place until spring in the cellar or at the bottom of the fridge. Only in the spring, do not miss the moment, as more or less snow comes off - quickly plant!

The ground is not frozen yet it's better to plant in the ground
