Termination by agreement of the parties and due to staff reduction are different grounds for terminating an employment contract. So decide on which of these grounds the employment contract is terminated.

the payment is made in the agreed amount, as by agreement, but if you are offered to sign such a document, but the basis is staff reduction, you may not receive money under the agreement, but you will receive payments under the Labor Code of the RF when reducing the staff.

agreement of the parties and dismissal in connection with staff reduction - these are different things. in dismissal by agreement of the parties as much as you agree and pay as much as the law does not establish a specific amount in dismissal in connection with staff reduction - severance pay i.e. average earnings for the first month after dismissal then average earnings for the second month and in some conditions even the third month ie if the employer does not want to bother with staff reduction and dismiss you wants to dismiss by agreement, you can bargain and ask at least with
