Let's hope never. Our grammar is so complex that if you try to become perfectly literate you don't have time to think about anything else. Not even enough time to do what you're paid to do.

I do not know any of the rules - my hand writes itself and my tov.-2 higher is embarrassed to write a statement. Conclusion 1 - the education system is useless. Conclusion 2 - but the elephant has bigger balls!
