A lawsuit against the airlines is no different than a lawsuit against, say, the local DEZ, or a kindergarten. Virtually no different, other than stating in the complaint that the defendant is an airline. What experience are you talking about? Experience with lawsuits, or experience with airlines? The first is for me. The second is to another professional.
