what are you - stalking at every step. problems even more gives, because if the father - the founder of the company is still a smart man, but, as a rule, the daughters of the sons, which are the deputies, no brains completely absent. So you work under them.

What kind of problems this created! We've had all the old coworkers quit because of this family contracting, and the new ones can't get used to it and have already started quitting badly as well.

I have a family contractor at work, father son and son-in-law to be honest the flinkstone family is one word weirdo to the horror. They work as drivers and when the question arises who to send to this or that place personally I do not have to choose. Gather the family council, where the father is at the head and decide. But who is sent in most cases, guess yourself. But if very interested, write to me to answer so many different stories with them I torch. All right, good luck to everyone.

I advise you to get a job, too, with relatives. It'll be a second family job. It's not scary, not boring, and there's someone to cry to in the vest if anything happens.

And I worked with a family contract - the head of the family - general manager, wife - sales. director, my wife's brother - regional manager, the son of a young - in the assistant. Very funny it was - you become part of their family. No problems - only advantages.
