What kind of problems this created! We've had all the old coworkers quit because of this family contracting, and the new ones can't get used to it and have already started quitting badly as well.

I have a family contractor at work, father son and son-in-law to be honest the flinkstone family is one word weirdo to the horror. They work as drivers and when the question arises who to send to this or that place personally I do not have to choose. Gather the family council, where the father is at the head and decide.But who is sent in most cases, guess yourself.
