Nothing except finding a new employee.

None. But these agreements must be clearly documented i.e. there must be a handwritten statement from the employee, etc.

An agreement of the parties is when no one is against it. And if no one is against it, there will be no problems and no consequences either.

None.

An agreement of the parties is advantageous for the employer since the employee has no reason to sue if he wants to be reinstated. And should correct the previous answer from Nyuta D. There should not be an employee's application in this case. If there is an employee's statement of resignation - this is already dismissal on the initiative of the employee and does not qualify under the agreement of the parties.

I completely agree with Anna Melnikova. But there is also the concept of the human factor - if the parting was mutually unproblematic, the employee can in principle return to his previous position after some time. But you can also do it after signing a letter of resignation - depending on the relationship.
