At Aeroflot, you accumulate not only their points, but the entire Sky Team is counted, which is more than 10 airlines around the world. Transaero has a good system. So there is also a senior alliance - Luvganza, tap and others. Also Emirates and Cathors have their own system. But without a bank card you'll have a hard time collecting. I have not got a gold airline card and platinum transaero collected 1 ticket in 3 years, now I collect 7-8 tickets in business class a year, anywhere in the world.

Almost all more or less major airlines do. What's more - if the airline is part of an alliance, the miles accumulate and are valid on alliance flights.

Absolutely all airlines practice the lure of mileage accrual. The only exceptions are those that only do charter flights.
