fine, parking ticket, revocation of license. They'll still give money to cops and buy them back. I'd beat the windshield out of the jerks' heads with a bat.

What does this have to do with fines and shootings? The problem must be solved from the very beginning by instilling respect for all road users in childhood. For example, you should teach traffic rules in schools and put them into practice. You cannot fight corruption but reduce the number of victims to reduce corruption.

it has nothing to do with people! The roads in Russia are just terrible and very congested because we do not fully regulate the entry of trucks and minibuses! I think that minibuses should not go further than the first lane and trucks should not go into town in the morning and evening! Then our roads will be freed at least for a while!

Only punishment in money, but to do it so that not in the hands of a traffic cop, but strictly on the bill - not paid in time the amount increases and the further the more and most importantly that the punishment was swift and inevitable.

That's for sure. And the penalties have long been invented in the Code of Administrative Offences of the CAO RF. This is for the 2nd and the next violation within a year, an increased fine, and then arrest up to 15 days of deprivation of rights, confiscation of the object by which the repeated violation was made, that is, a car. All this by court order. Only the traffic police prefer to collect money on the roads rather than taking part in the courts.

Your question continues.in the brains of drivers and traffic policemen Fear is not the best human. Fear is not the best human quality, but the driver for violations and traffic policemen for bribes must be afraid of punishment. It is difficult to say whether to punish the driver more - traffic policemen will be merciless without a reason, but the amount of bribes taken in person without a receipt.
