Kind of weird, who is suggesting you pay what and what is the original payment called? Hotel surcharges for additional services is one thing, but the state service charge is another. The second is mandatory, goes to the budget, not the hotel cashier, and no Kraft beer in return does not guarantee And the first - an additional service from the hotel. Can it be waived or is it a mandatory part of the stay at a given hotel, depends on the specific location and room category?

No of course not.

Resort fee you pay INDEPENDENT of the list because it is a TAX and going to drink free water and beer is your own business. As they say, pay your taxes and sleep well.

look for another hotel in another locality, there may not be all such charges. the spa tax is collected by the local authorities. for example, in the same Italy one town has a spa tax, but nearby neighboring towns do not. and certainly the tax may not include water and beer, a package of cable channels and telephone calls - these are paid services of the hotel

Some kind of scam boarding pass to print - and for that they still want to charge bastards. Horror! Plus a package of completely unnecessary things

the resort tax is obligatory to pay, it doesn't matter when you pay at the check in or check out. about beer and other - at your discretion.
