See a therapist. Take a picture. Describe the joint. Is there swelling? Does it feel cold or hot to the touch? Does it hurt when you palpate the popliteal fossa? Is it restricted to active movements and does it hurt passively as well? Any problems with your veins? Hemorrhoids, for example?
