The seller is wrong unequivocally. When you buy a product, you have the right to fully test it, I repeat FULLY.

yea. well, if the ears are worth soneg. i would not open either. because this crap physically can not play well:.expensive ears come in boxes and the warranty on them is not less than six months.

With a 10 day warranty there can only be a do-it-yourself set.

In such cases I wave goodbye to the salesman and go to a normal store. I'm still here to waste my nerves for all sorts of consumer goods at a price of 200 rubles

Headphones are something personal use something to do with hygiene, so the seller is right by law

I also think that the seller is right. I would not give it to him. Toothpicks come in sealed blisters, so what?

The seller is wrong. She has to open it so you can listen to them. Or they're not working.

Not really right of you to check how they play since the headphones are mostly earplugs and you should run them for a few days to get them to play normally, but at first you might hear some ripping. Check out the reviews on the internet which headphones are good and buy in a normal store with a guarantee. well, not just for 10 days

Can I ask you, if you want to buy milk or juice in a store, will you also ask to open it? You might not like it. And the fact that it may be defective - this argument does not count. You bought it, you can open it at home or in the store, and if it turns out to be defective - give it back for warranty repair.
