A hypoallergenic diet is indicated for a breastfeeding mother: avoid red apples, spicy tomatoes and foods with a pungent specific smell, such as garlic. Some foods affect the condition and function of the digestive tract of the child: Eg Plums Grapes-may lax baby eaten in large quantities of cabbage-causes colic Health to you and your baby!

tea with milk as much as you want dairy curd products boiled meat boiled vegetables green apples raw vegetables boiled fish - but still observe the reaction of the child to all these products DO NOT: green tea cabbage beans and beans in general leguminous beverages - from this farts baby ALLERGENS: all exotics shrimp citrus fruits. Sometimes chicken or fish, but very rarely, depending on the age of the child up to 6 months, for example, grapes are contraindicated then it is quite possible in short, ask if in doubt

Variety. Foods should be natural, preferably separate meals and not drink tea with everything as we often do.
