You'll get one of those twigs rotting away. Let the plant get stronger! Wait until summer. If you get a shoot too far ahead of the ground, bend it down so it's horizontal to the ground or a little lower. There's nothing to form yet, especially in November. Don't ask for many branches of citrus when you prune it?

There's nothing to shape yet and in November. Don't make the citrus trees prune and have to cut a lot of branches at once.

Citrus buds that get a lot of direct light or there is a cytokinin paste helps but I have not tried. Only the plant is young, probably freshly grafted. If enough strength, it will awaken on its own. I have 1 4 of all grafting at once awakened 2 buds usually only one and it is in the spring now fall. Give one branch to grow in February-March will go a new wave of growth, it will begin to create a crown and most likely it will germinate.Humidity when awakening the buds is not important.

You can awaken a bud with any cytokinin paste BUT this paste can only be used if the plant has a strong and developed root system. If you smear this paste on a bud, the plant will direct all its forces only to the development of this bud. The root system will not develop at all! The plant may die! See for yourself, but the risk here is enormous and unjustified! Good luck!

Remove the greenhouse, otherwise the leaf will rot and rot in the tissue of the plant will get. And when the existing twig grows back, duck it as people suggest, you can even combine it with a slope of the whole pot.
