two days is the limit. some dishes last a day. don't cook too much at all so you don't have storage problems;

You can't keep cooked food in the fridge, the next day it's already bad, you have to cook for one day.

There is a norm for all foods. I do not keep food ready at all. I cook it and put it on the table. Except for sour soup and bean soup with smoked beans.
