This is meat French as I understand it. It's just done in the oven. I have this - Medallions of meat battered put in some dish salt and pepper add a couple of spoons of mayonnaise stir - marinade in this form min. You put meat on a baking tray and bake them for about 10-20 minutes. I never time it. I have a feeling it's ready.

this is one of my favorite dishes! chopped onions put on a baking tray with hot oil on top of minced meat minced with garlic or whatever you like. on top of mayonnaise and sour cream you put potato slices and cheese. I always add a tomato under the cheese. And in the oven for 60 minutes. creative deliciousness. always change something in the recipe.
