First - I think with my head the answer to the question how, but otherwise, it seems to me that neither talents nor inclinations are given away in the heavenly chancellery, because simply because there isn't one. The Chancery is the social institution of man. A bureaucratic system. Secondly, man is given circumstances in which he can develop the inclinations available to everyone, but this is not fate Fate - judgment by God after death, it is not a fate, it is really a gift to man by man. The question why not me? - which is often asked here has the answer, because you are different, and you have other tendencies that need to be developed. And finally, thirdly, we must all be responsible for our own actions and the actions of the people we single out and include in our world when communicating with them. Don't blame your choices and your life on a higher power.
