Ethyl alcohol is a commodity, the free circulation of which in civil turnover is restricted. And furthermore see the Constitution of the Russian Federation, and more exactly Article 55 and its part 3: The rights and freedoms of man and citizen can be limited by federal law only to the extent necessary for protection of the constitutional order, morality, health, rights and lawful interests of other people, national defense and state security.

Isn't the medical one okay? And for what purpose do you need 96 percent?

Exactly, you don't want to buy desiccated water, you want ethyl alcohol! Your constitutional rights are not violated. The purchase restriction is legal.

There is some truth in your vote, but Valery is more right. If you think so, then chemical and biological weapons and a lot of other restricted items such as drugs should be placed on the free market. If you think you're the smartest, go straight to the Constitutional Court. If you win, I will sincerely say: good fucking dude!
