I can do it, but staying awake for 5 days is bad for me and it makes me crazy. 13486528 I'm perfectly calm and even more so, especially if I'm on the phone all night. 4 days is the record so far, but I'll probably get more in the future.

Three days without shutting my eyes for even 10 minutes, but by the end of the third it was already glitchy. You don't want to sleep anymore, and you're afraid to blink, because the picture keeps opening up differently, I guess you can go crazy if you don't sleep or pass out anyway, no matter what you want.
