My daddy's a former pilot. They had no way out of the crows at the airfield. The young pilots decided to be funny - they caught a crow and started tugging at its paws. They recorded the cawing, and then turned it on before their flights. The crow was blown away like a breeze! Of course, it would be a pity to torture the bird, but try to find the sounds of wildlife on the net, and turn them on when you see pigeons. And you can also do nasty things to your neighbors: pour millet on their eaves.

I have the same thing. Neighbors feed pigeons on their balcony. They fly on mine too. I go out, chase them. No result.
