An Alabai at 10 months is still considered a puppy this breed is finally formed by three years of age. Giving birth to your bitch now is like giving birth to a 12 year old girl after her first menstruation. Of course the puppies will be weakened and the bitch will not have the strength and power she should have, and will lose her health. Best to have her uterus removed with the fetuses waiting for the heat to be over.
