What do you mean by relevance? If you are an individual entrepreneur, you will be registered without your opinion. If you are a physical person, you will go to work TIN to get a tax registration anyway have to respectfully, Sergei, a tax consultant.

Failure to register, you have to pay a fine. The longer you don't stand, the more you pay. That's all the relevance.
