Chicken fillet, salt and pepper the pineapple juice and let marinade about 50 minutes and then fry as usual chops with breading then put a slice of pineapple and a piece of cheese on the ready chops and put in the heated oven just enough to melt the cheese. I use Gouda but is that a matter of taste?

As an appetizer you cut the breast of smoked chicken, mushrooms, pineapple and dress with mayonnaise. Dessert. Dice pineapples and any fresh fruit or berries you have in the house and mix gently. Drizzle with spray cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Enjoy!
