The drain pump is broken! You need to replace it. If it is still under warranty it should be free of charge. I'm 100% sure the pump is the problem.

Turn it off for a day or overnight. Depending on when you don't need it. Split system or window system? I think it's a split. If it's a window system, it's got to have a slope towards the street.
