With their range and their prices for rental lights and needed extras, you will quickly spend more than buying a budget light. I think the best thing for you would be to find and rent a studio with the necessary backdrop and equipment, rather than renting all that equipment, Plus, the studio staff will tell you how to put the right light for your purposes.

No, tell me WHAT kind of light do you need? And then we'll talk. I don't get it either It's hard to advise when people have no idea what they want. Then go to them and choose on the spot, like mittens at the market.

I agree with the opinion of the previous speaker - IMHO it's easier to rent a studio with lighting

To avoid shadows, you need 3 light sources. Two light sources illuminate you, the third illuminates the background. You need a steady light The set that's in your picture doesn't look good to me. The stands are really flimsy and you have to be very careful not to knock things over.
