Maybe the allowance is subject to some conditions? And you don't meet them? Or is it a bonus? What does this have to do with your children? Do they work with you too?

So ask your employer about the allowance of 15. Maybe you are not entitled to it. And what is this allowance and for what? But that's about right. 11163 minus the benefits for 2 children and minus the union - you get the amount you listed.
