Overheads and bonuses are always paid in certain circumstances, that is, if the plan is fulfilled if the company is not experiencing financial problems. You'll have to deal with it, but they'll probably tell you that you get what you're legally entitled to - your salary and the rest is at our discretion.

Maybe the allowance is subject to some conditions? And you don't meet them? Or is it a bonus? What does this have to do with your children? Do they work with you too?

I do not know what the order Mandatory only what is spelled out in the employment contract The rest - at the request of the employer And the personal income tax is not 14 and 13 And if the children are not claimed to SNV no one automatically they do not provide salary 11163 minus personal income tax 1451 if the SNV is 1087. The rest is from the sly and from the employer.

So ask your employer about the allowance of 15. Maybe you are not entitled to it. And what is this allowance and for what? But that's about right. 11163 minus the benefits for 2 children and minus the union - you get the amount you listed.
