Meat like a king 1.5-2 kg of pork, 3 large onions, 300g of hard cheese, sliced mushrooms, 0.5 l mayonnaise, salt, pepper. Butter a baking tray and place pork chops on it. Put salted pork so that it does not stick out from the tray. Sprinkle with pepper. Put mushrooms in a colander to drain the liquid. Put a layer of mushrooms on top of the meat. Then a layer of onions, chopped in half rings. On top mash with cheese and pour plenty of mayonnaise. Place in the oven at moderate heat and cook until the crust turns brown. When the meat is ready - you'll understand why the recipe is called that way. Meat Christmas 200 g pork ribs, 1 spoon of vegetable oil, onion, 50 g cheese, 50 g mayonnaise, pepper, salt. Heat a pan with vegetable oil over high heat, cut the meat across the fibers so that each piece has its own rib, beat, salt, pepper and fry, turning over. In 5 minutes turn off fire, pour mayonnaise, cover with grated cheese thinly. Pork loin and prunes kebab 250 gr pitted prunes, 500 gr pork loin, 0,375 l dry white wine, 1 tsp. white pepper, 1 clove, 1 tsp. coriander seeds, salt, ground black pepper, mild paprika, 3 tablespoons melted butter. Prunes with wine, peppercorns, cloves, coriander and a little salt cook on low heat with the lid closed for 10 minutes, then remove from the stove and leave the plums in the sauce for 30 minutes to marinate. Wash and dry meat, cut into cubes about the size of a plum, rub it with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Take prunes out of the sauce, let them drain, dry and thread on skewers the meat cubes and prunes alternately. Heat melted butter in a big enough frying pan and roast meat on skewers in it for 15-20 minutes until brown.
