If you used that knob for at least 6-8 hours a day, the brushes would wear down in 4-5 days. And pull your nose out of the ventilation slots. Aah! It smells like burning, there will be a fire, and so on. What are you capable of. Earlier electric brushes were pressed from copper-graphite, but now they just press them, and it looks like they are made of soot. Your electric unscrewing machine will work. Don't worry.

it's normal for almost all of them to spark. until they rub down well.

You need to get a revision done right away, it shouldn't be like this. The left one?

It will work, but not for long.

They're sparking on the new one too. Have you ever noticed that when you release the button and the chuck stops instantly? Now take the drill, turn it on and let go of the button - the chuck does a couple three revolutions. Any idea why that is? It's all about the electric brake - you haven't seen a slicer or a 2kW grinder with this option stop yet. A screwdriver is not bad, if the roof is not used, the floors do not stretch out for 6 years without question.
