I think you add a hot pepper to the olive oil and that's it. Just the main thing is not to miss the amount!;?

I bought it in France: It's just good sunflower oil, not olive oil, in which they put hot peppers, different spices whole in mine was basil, rosemary, black pepper and oregano peas, cloves and infused. I add a little of it to pizza sauce and salad dressings:

Everyone in Italy and Switzerland knows this trick. They put hot red peppers or garlic in olive oil for a few days. It is better if the peppers are fresh. A small amount can be made to start with. Sometimes arugula is added, but we don't really have it, alas. It's better to take Spanish oil rather than Greek or Italian.
