What's faster to be popular internet TV or cable? and got a better answer

Response from
=== Internet TV for Moscow will be more popular in 2007. There will be from 250 to 700 thousand active users=== Cable TV is more available, but it has outlived its time=== I think one or two years before every second home user in Moscow will be able to spend not more than 25 $/month on traffic online to broadcast movies, not to mention video-telephony, etc. There will be many unusual online services, which are very promising for the future==?

For Internet TV no cable is needed ideally, the variety of channels is already higher, almost everything is free. Cable will not die out, but it will probably degrade very soon.

Internet is likely to win, everything depends on bandwidth.
