if it is not too late take the whole body apart take out the board, wipe with a napkin and put in a dry place for a day, then wipe gently with a napkin with alcohol all the working contacts and collect it,P:S all phones assemble and disassemble easily?

I have alkatelka I disconnected the battery as soon as I took everything out dried 1.5 days. Charged it up and am using it!

urgently removed the battery! and the phone should now be washed in alcohol in a clean, preferably disassembled and then properly dry.
