calendar, all bullshit. You'll be nervous all the time because everyone's body is different. I didn't want one or the other either. I did not want either of them. But I found a wonderful, in my opinion, gizmo - NOVA RING. Read about it on the Internet and try it, you will not regret it, you put a small ring and turn off your brain for a month. It's just super. No doctor intervention and no consequences from the pill. Plus it's considered topical contraception which is a huge plus. It was recommended to me by my gynecologist. I AM THRILLED!
