in the pharmacy sells a gizmo microscope to determine fertile and non-fertile days. looks like lipstick. open it, put a drop of your saliva on a glass and look at the light as a spyglass tube there appears an image. well, in the instruction all written. the figure is concluded dangerous to have sex this day or not. costs from 700 to 1500 rubles, depending on the country of manufacturer. p.s. if anyone now thinks that this is all nonsense, I will explain at once that a woman's two sex hormones are produced during one menstrual cycle estrogen and progesterone hormone contained in the entire body and in all body fluids, including saliva. so with this ingenious device can find out which hormone is now playing and whether it is friendly for conception.

calendar, all bullshit. You'll be nervous all the time because everyone's body is different. I didn't want one or the other either. I did not want either of them. But I found a wonderful, in my opinion, gizmo - NOVA RING. Read about it on the Internet and try it, you will not regret it, you put a small ring and turn off your brain for a month. It's just super. No doctor intervention and no consequences from the pill. Plus it's considered topical contraception which is a huge plus. It was recommended to me by my gynecologist. I AM THRILLED!
