Here is the law changing the article There is nothing else Federal law from November, 4th, 2007 N 252-ФЗ About modification of article 234 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation is accepted by the State Duma on October, 18th, 2007 Approved by the Federation Council on October, 26th, 2007 Article 1 To introduce changes to article 234 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation Collected legislation of the Russian Federation 1996 N 25 articles 2954; 1998 N 26 articles 3012; 2003 N 50 articles 4848 by supplementing it with the note following content:Note Lists of drastic and poisonous substances as well as large size of drastic substances for the purposes of this article and other articles of this Code shall be approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. Article 2 This Federal Law shall enter into force thirty days after the date of its official publication President of the Russian Federation V. Putin Moscow Kremlin November 4, 2007 N 252-FZ
