The certificate includes both "existing" expunged and cancelled convictions, and even facts of criminal prosecution that did not result in a criminal record. That is the order according to the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 1121 of November 7, 2011 "About the statement of Administrative regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on granting the state service on granting of certificates on absence of previous convictions or on the fact of criminal prosecution or on termination of criminal prosecution".
