always buy fruit vinegar, it's called balsamic, when some fragrant herbs rest in it. Vinegar and olive oil haven't invented a better dressing. I mix a tablespoon of vinegar and two tablespoons of oil in a cup.

You can squeeze the lemon into the salad, or take red vinegar and dilute it 1 to 5, try it, it's often used in Italian cooking.
