Federal Law On Enforcement Proceedings Article 12. Time of carrying out executive actions 1. Executive actions are carried out on working days from 6 o'clock till 22 o'clock local time. Specific time for performing enforcement actions shall be determined by the bailiff. Parties participating in the enforcement proceedings, hereinafter also - the parties, have the right to propose a convenient time for them for committing executive actions. On non-working days, established by federal law or other normative legal acts, execution of execution actions is allowed only in cases of exigency or in cases when due to the fault of the debtor it is impossible to execute them on other days 3. Execution of enforcement actions from 10 p.m. till 6 a.m. local time is allowed only in the cases threatening life and health of citizens 4. In cases specified in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this article a bailiff must obtain the written permission of a senior bailiff in order to carry out enforcement actions Article 19. Postponement of Enforcement Actions 1. The enforcement officer may postpone the enforcement actions upon an application of the claimant or by order of a judge 2. If there are circumstances hindering the enforcement actions, the enforcement officer may postpone the enforcement actions for a period not exceeding 10 days upon an application of the debtor or upon his own initiative 3. In case of postponement of enforcement actions by the bailiff-enforcement officer he shall issue a corresponding ruling, of which the parties, court or other body, which issued the enforcement document, shall be notified 4. The decree of the executing bailiff on postponing enforcement actions may be appealed against to the respective court within 10 days?

Execution of enforcement actions from 10 p.m. till 6 a.m. local time is allowed only in the cases threatening life and health of citizens 4. In cases specified in Items 2 and 3 of this Section a bailiff must obtain the written permission of a senior bailiff for performing enforcement actions Article 19. Postponement of enforcement actions 1. The enforcement officer may postpone the enforcement actions upon an application of the claimant or by order of a judge 2.
