Request an itemized bill. This is MTS cheating. MTS is not going to work with ICQ through a wapsite, so the excuse that you have a wapsite, not an Internet connection, won't work?

In MTS, GPRS is taken as for WAP, why such a shoak, no one knows. So, if you want to use ICQ from your phone, change operator.
