That's right: brother and sister-in-law.

brother-in-law, sister-in-law. Or another version: brother/son's brother-in-law, brother/son's sister-in-law. There are no shorter terms, this is a very distant connection.

The question is interesting! The Russian language distinguishes between blood relatives, by generation, and in-laws, through marriage. But kinship is distinguished only for spouses and their parents! There is essentially no reciprocal property for brother-sister spouses, and this is logical, for brother-sister spouses will have their own marriage. Property in the siblings of one spouse arises only in relation to the other spouse. So the in-laws of your married brother, and therefore of your parents, are technically nobody to you. More precisely, there are no separate terms for their roles. But you are welcome to use any terms like my brother's wife's sister. In turn, for your parents, the blood brothers-sisters of your brother's wife are also technically nobodies - not the son married them, not the grandchildren will be from them.
